Shipping Policy
OVERVIEW
By processing your payment and completing an order with us, you accept that all orders are created, packed and shipped within 3-4 days of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays and subject to the specific requirements of any order.


AUSTRALIAN STANDARD SHIPPING

  • Delivery 5-10 business days from shipment.
  • We charge a flat rate of $10.00
  • All our orders are shipped using Standard Shipping with Australia Post. Please check your order status to determine your courier and tracking information.

RETURNS SHIPPING
For any returns to One Little Reason, customers must pay the cost of postage/freight in all circumstances.  We always recommend using a registered post with a tracking number to avoid missing parcels.
Please contact onelittlereason@outlook.com. before returning your items, or it may not be accepted by our handling team. 


DAMAGED, LOST OR MISSING PARCELS
One Little Reason is not responsible for any damage caused to any product once it leaves our warehouse. Further, One Little Reason is not responsible for any parcels that have gone missing, been stolen, or been delivered incorrectly. Unfortunately, once the parcel has left our warehouse it is the responsibility of the shipping provider, and any further disputes must be settled with them.
As the sender, upon your request, we can contact the shipping provider on your behalf to lodge an investigation. However, as the outcome is stipulated by the shipping provider and not One Little Reason, we cannot change or be held liable for the result of the investigation and/or the missing parcel.
