Return and Refund Policy

Due to the personalised nature of the products offered by us, we do not offer returns or refunds.
 
As a consumer, you are entitled to the benefit of statutory consumer guarantees in respect of products purchased from One Little Reason (ABN: 78 996 348 722) If you believe an item is faulty, not of acceptable quality, does not match the description provided or is not fit for purpose (Faulty Item), as those terms are defined under the Australian Consumer Law and common law, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. However, these consumer guarantees do not apply where the item was damaged after leaving the One Little Reason warehouse, including but not limited to in the course of the item being shipped or due to abnormal use or misuse.

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if the failure is minor, we may repair the item (or, at our discretion, we may replace the item or refund you) within a reasonable time. If the item or service has a major failure, you may reject it and seek a refund or replacement, or you may keep the item and seek compensation for any drop in the value. These consumer guarantees apply to items and may be impacted by the type and age and nature of the item.

To start a return for a Faulty Item, you can contact us at onelittlereason@outlook.com. We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Incorrect Item/ Spelling Received

While we always aim to be accurate in every order we make, unfortunatley sometimes mistakes can occur. In the unlikely event that your order has a spelling mistake (created in error by us) or you have received the incorrect order, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos so that we can rectify the issue.
